CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY We ask for 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service total. No-shows will be charged in full and may lose online booking privileges. If you are sick or feeling unwell, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to reschedule. LATE POLICY If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a service fee may apply. SERVICE POLICIES We do not remove or work over acrylic or dip powder. Gel overlays from other salons require booking a foreign removal for your safety and ours. GIFT CARD POLICY Gift cards may be used for services only and cannot be used for retail or gratuity. No refunds are issued on gift cards or services. CONDUCT POLICY Disrespectful behavior or offensive language will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave and blocked from online booking. BOOKING POLICY Please note that all online appointments are submitted as requests and must be approved by the service provider. Appointments are not confirmed until approved and a $30 deposit is received.
